How it works

A launcher, not a middleman.

Gatebound exists just long enough to show your list and open the door.

01

Join Gatebound

Open it like any other Minecraft server—even from a controller or the Friends tab.

02

Pick a destination

Add, edit and choose servers in a native Bedrock form or Java dialog.

03

Go there directly

Your client reconnects to the destination. Gatebound leaves the path completely.

Built differently

No translation.
No tunnel.
No compromise.

Bedrock stays Bedrock. Java stays Java. Destination servers need no plugin and your gameplay traffic never passes through Gatebound.

Native

Real protocol on both sides

Each edition gets its own handshake, screens and transfer.

Private

Your list is yours

Saved destinations are isolated by verified player identity.

Fast

Gone after the handoff

No added hop, packet translation or proxy bottleneck.

Ready when you are

Walk through the gate.

Add the address once. Keep every destination on the other side.
